Booking Terms:
Please read before Booking
Thank you for booking at The Nail Tribe Salon. We appreciate your continuing support. We would like to provide our booking guidelines for clear expectations.
Booking Deposit***
There is a non-refundable deposit for each appointment made with us to secure your slot. Your deposit will goes toward your balance. Appointments that are made without paying the deposit will be cancelled. The deposit will be forfeited if you fail to reschedule your appointment within 24 hours or if you are a no show.
During Your Appointment****
Please Do Not bring any extra people to your appointment. No children unless they are also being serviced. Unfortunately we would have to cancel or reschedule your appointment if terms are violated.
Running Late***
We understand things happen so we do have 15 minutes grace period. However after 15 minutes you will be ask to reschedule.
You are able to reschedule one time. If you have to reschedule again you will have to pay an additional $20 deposit to secure your spot.
We are beginner Techs as we strive to beat the time set; all services time are approximations and can vary per client. Please plan ahead as we do appreciate your patience.
Please keep hands free when being serviced. This will allow us to work efficiently when we have your hands when we need them.
Please refrain from using speakerphone when taking a call and please use your inside voice.
When booking services*******
Please add ALL services you need at the time of booking. Everything you need so we can be prepared for you and prep for time.
We prefer not to work over someone else’s work so fill-ins are up to our nail tech discretion. You maybe advise to soak off nails for a new set.
